Our Mission

To make emotional well-being accessible, human, and judgment-free—one meaningful conversation at a time.

At sayHey, we believe that the simplest conversations can spark the deepest healing.

In a world full of noise, we wanted to create a space for quiet connection. A space where you don’t have to pretend. Where your words are not judged, fixed, or interrupted—just heard.

We are here to remind you:

You are not ALONE

There’s always someone here to walk with you through the tough moments - no matter how big or small.

Your feelings are VALID

Whatever you're going through, it matters - and it deserves to be acknowledged with care and compassion.

You deserve to be heard—without filters, scripts, or pressure.

This is your space to speak freely, honestly, and safely—just as you are.

Who Are We?

At sayHey, we’re more than just a platform—we’re a group of humans who believe deeply in the power of connection.
We’ve felt loneliness. We’ve battled silence. We’ve wished for someone to just listen.
And that’s exactly why we created sayHey. We are a team of listeners, creators, therapists, techies, and dreamers, united by one simple belief: Everyone deserves to be heard.

Every feature we build, every conversation we support, and every user we serve comes from a place of deep care, compassion, and purpose.

The Founder Story

In 2020, my life took an unexpected turn. I suffered a severe facial burn—an incident that didn’t just scar my skin, but also shook me emotionally. What followed was a long, silent battle: with my own self-image, with the way people looked at me, and with the loneliness that slowly crept in. I didn’t feel comfortable talking to friends or family.
