  • By using the SayHey platform or providing personal data, the User consents to the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and disclosure of such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Empathy Listening Sessions

  • Sessions are confidential and not recorded. However, aggregated session statistics may be analyzed to improve platform services.
  • Empathy Listeners may share user data internally only to improve service continuity. They are required to delete this data once they are de-registered from SayHey.

7. Login Data

  • SayHey automatically collects technical data such as IP address, device model, OS type, and browser information to analyze usage trends and secure the platform.

8. Updating User Information

  • Users may update their profile data through the app or website. For accounts created via third-party platforms, changes must be communicated through that third party.

9. Confidentiality Exceptions

  • SayHey upholds user confidentiality but reserves the right to disclose information if:

19. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
