Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can change quickly. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work on SayHey.
1. Free Services
All our basic empathy listening sessions are free unless otherwise stated. For these, no cancellation or refund policy is required.
2. Paid Sessions (Premium Services / Therapy)
If you purchase a premium session, therapy session, or membership:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund
If you cancel within 12 hours, a 50% refund will be issued
No refund will be issued for no-shows or post-session cancellations
3. Subscription Plans
If you’ve subscribed to a monthly or annual plan:
You may cancel anytime from your account settings
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
No partial refunds will be given for the remaining period after cancellation
4. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access a paid session due to a technical error on our part, please email us at help@sayhey.co.in. We will either:
Reschedule the session free of charge, or
Offer a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Include your name, registered email, date of session, and reason for refund
All refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
